You, your employees and agents are authorized to use CPT only as contained in materials on the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) website solely for your own personal use in directly participating in healthcare programs administered by THHS. Updated LTC Online Portal User Guides for HCS and TxHmL Waiver Programs Now Available

The Long-Term Care (LTC) Online Portal User Guides for Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) Waiver Programs has been updated. The learning path has been updated to include detailed instructions for entering consumer-directed services (CDS) in dollars instead of units to the 3608 and 8582 Individual Plan of Care (IPC) Item-by-Item guides (IBIs).

The provider User Guide has been updated to include:

Information about the recommended browsers when using the LTC Online Portal.
Additional details about the LTC Online Portal individual search feature when searching for individual residential addresses.
Clarification on when the Revise IPC button is available.

Providers can access the updated user guides on TMHP’s 1915(c) Waiver Programs Reference Material web page under the User Guides section or on TMHP’s Learning Management System(LMS) as follows:

Click here to log into the LMS.
Log into an existing account or sign up to create a new account.
Select the appropriate button to view the user guide in a web browser or to download the file for offline use. The user guide will be in portable document format.

New LMS visitors can access materials and take courses immediately after they register. Providers can always access computer-based training and additional training materials on the LMS.
