Updated Webinar Resource Document for HCS and TxHmL Waiver Program Providers

The Webinar Resource document that accompanied the Long-Term Care (LTC) Online Portal Training for Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) Waiver Programs webinar has been updated with the following changes:

  • The email address HCS_TxHmL@tmhp.com has been removed.
  • The contact information for HHSC IDD Utilization Review has been updated.
  • The contact information for HHSC Program Eligibility and Support has been updated.
  • The Local Procedure Development and Support (LPDS) email contact has been updated with a note stating that the LPDS email should only be used for local intellectual and developmental disability authority (LIDDA) staff who need help with HCS and TxHmL interest lists or pre-enrollment forms.

Providers can access this updated resource document on TMHP’s Learning Management System (LMS) as follows:

  1. Click here to log into the LMS.
  2. Log into an existing account or sign up to create a new account.
  3. Select the appropriate button to view the resource document in a web browser or to download the file for offline use. The resource document will be in portable document format.
