We worked closely with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to apprehend an alien following an adjustment of status interview where they admitted under sworn statement that their marriage was for immigration fraud. We're committed to protecting the integrity of the immigration system & making America safe.

USCIS provided key support to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), U.S. Customs and Border Protection, San Antonio Police Department & Texas Department of Public Safety in an investigation that led to the detainment of a Venezuelan national. The alien was arrested on suspicion of criminal activity related to a major operation that led to the rescue of 8 sex-trafficking victims.

Our Columbus office identified an alien wanted on warrants, including identity fraud, larceny, forgery, and grand theft across Ohio. The criminal alien was apprehended by City of Columbus ~ Division of Police. USCIS stands committed to the mission of making America safe again.

We worked with Miami Dade Sheriff’s Office & Ellis County Sheriff's Office who requested his extradition. He's behind bars & America is safer!
