Event Coordinators: Responsible for every aspect of event planning, include selecting venues, determining the resources needed for the event, working with creative producers to organise performances for the event, developing arranging for organisations, businesses or supplies needed for a successful event.

Creative Producers: Sourcing creativity for the event; i.e. musicians, actors, dancers, speaker’s, theatre etc. your role is to take the concept performers bring on board and making it a reality. This about various activities that can happen on the day, generating ideas and assembling the right team to seeing the performances to the final stages of production.

Marketing/Promotion/PR: Communicating messages about the event to the public through various media i.e. Social media, Radio, TV, Flyers etc. the aim is to attract as many people as possible to the event.

Youth Engagement Coordinator: Recruiting and managing young people to be part of the groups above, working closely with project manager to ensure everyone’s needs are met.
