New to the Grants Portal?

This portal allows users to register and create a user account, create applications for grant funding, and conduct all required activities for previously awarded grant projects (e.g., submit reports and reimbursement requests).

If your business or organization has already started an application or previously applied for funding through this portal, we recommend that you contact the person who created the application and request that they create an associated user account so you can collaborate on applications and grant management activities for your organization.

If this is the first time your organization is applying for funding, click "Create an account" below to start. After completing the initial screening criteria and registration form, you should receive an email with login instructions.
