CARNEGIE UK TEST TOWN GRAND FINAL

That this House notes that the Carnegie UK Test Town Grand Final will be taking place in the Briggait and Saltmarket in Glasgow between 25 and 27 February 2016; congratulates the 12 outstanding finalists from Walthamstow, Great Yarmouth, Huddersfield, Heanor, Ellesmere Port, Carmickfergus, Enniscorthy, Perth, Falkirk, and Bridgend who were selected from over 150 business ideas submitted; believes that the hosting of the Test Town Grand Final in Glasgow will provide economic benefits to businesses and residents across the city as well as encouraging small business start-ups across the UK and Ireland; and further congratulates all of those involved in the Test Town competition.
