Please plan to arrive on April 23 and depart on April 25 in the late afternoon following the conclusion of the meeting.
It is recommended that attendees flying to the meeting location arrive at the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport (BTR). The recommended practice is to book airfares 21 days or more in advance of your designated travel day to secure the most cost-effective travel.
