Pavement Management 2022 - Fern Hill
Dear St. Louis Park community member,
This email is to inform you of upcoming maintenance work by the city's operations department in the neighborhood.
City operations staff is scheduled to mill and overlay 26th St between France Ave and Monterey Ave. The project is scheduled to begin on Thursday, July 22 (weather dependent) and take approximately one day. There will be one half-inch edge along the curb for one week until staff returns to pave. Operations staff will return mid-week of July 26 to pave the street. The start date will be determined once a prior paving project is completed.
As a part of this maintenance project, no parking will be allowed on 26th St from 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. starting Thursday, July 22. Access to driveways should be available for most of the project and driveway restrictions will be five minutes or less.

This maintenance work is not part of the upcoming pavement management project. The first community meeting for pavement management is tentatively scheduled for September 2021. More information will be sent out later this summer.
