Taking place in conjunction with the 8th Annual Muhammad Ali Humanitarian Awards, this unique event celebrates the incredible contributions that our young people have made throughout our community over the past year.
This event, for ages 16 - 24, allow attendees to experience the Muhammad Ali Center after hours, hear local leaders speak, win prizes, and have fun with other youth enjoying food, music, and games!

Nov. 11th - 13th
The Louisville International Festival of Film is back with a virtual event this year! There will be a virtual, live-interaction portion of the event happening Nov. 11th to 13th. Attendees will be able to virtually interact with other attendees and film makers. On-demand film watching will be going on the 11th through the 18th.
During the live-interaction dates there will be several Q & A sessions, seminars, and of course, films from around the world and by local Kentuckians! Get you ticket today for this eclectic film festival!

Come admire hundreds of beautiful Christmas trees, wreaths, and holiday decor, all for purchase! Proceeds going toward Norton Children's Hospital!

Falling for Food will introduce teens to home canning methods and fall flavors. Teens will learn how to make popular Fall sauces, spreads and condiments that pair well with the seasonal food and holiday meals. This week's canning is Apple Jam and Applesauce!
Teens will be given the chance to cook, learn about different spices and flavors, and take home what they make to enjoy! This is for teens 12 - 15 years old with a very basic knowledge of food and cooking safety.

Supporting Veterans through Volunteers of America Mid-States

The Volunteers of America Mid-States are inviting friends and volunteers to join for a day of service at the Shelby Men's Center. The center provides addiction recovery services to Veterans and others in the community. The group will spend the day doing outdoor cleanup, to include trimming shrubs, weeding, removing dead limbs from trees, and more.

Virtual Age Friendly Louisville, Veteran's Appreciation

The students from the Kentuckiana Boys and Girls Clubs, along with older adults from Age Friendly Louisville, will listen to stories from Veterans from all branches of the service - Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and the Coast Guard. Each Veteran will brag about their branch of the military and provide insights into military life.

Veterans Memorial Honoring Sergeant Elijah Marrs

Join this ceremony honoring all Veterans buried in Greenwood Cemetery held at the grave site of Civil War soldier, Sergeant Elijah Marrs.
The event will feature an Honor Guard presentation, the citing of the National Anthem, a speaker, wreath presentation and the playing of Taps.
