The Talent Acquisition Team within the Department of Human Resources (DHR) seeks a seasoned and innovative Human Resources (HR) professional to fill a Term Limited Temporary (TLT) or Special Duty Assignment (SDA) Senior HR Analyst role within the department.  The duration of this position is anticipated to extend through December 31, 2022 with the possibility of being extended.
 
The Senior Analyst will be relied on to possess solid expertise in the field of public sector talent acquisition. We are looking for a seasoned HR professional who is ready to step into a role where they can help to shape the future of our beautiful county. The person we are seeking will:

The individual will have public sector recruitment experience from one or more public employer(s), perhaps including King County, and will possess deep knowledge of "all things talent management" to include hands-on familiarity with multiple HR disciplines, as they are interrelated with recruitment and selection.
 
This position will lead recruitments  and provide consultation and expertise in the areas of candidate pool development, demographic analysis, marketing, and best practices. This role will also provide support as it relates to recruiting and developing strategies to build deep and broad pools of viable candidates. This role will consistently be a champion for King County HR practitioners and will provide support to those that are recruiting and hiring the best talent available to meet the needs of the community we serve.
