More active weather into the weekend

Weather turns active for the end of the week and into the weekend with increasing chances of showers and thunderstorms. The best day for scattered showers and storms will be Friday with activity moving through during the morning and even the afternoon. Saturday actually looks more dry in the afternoon but an isolated shower or storm can't be ruled out. More rain and storms return for Sunday with highs generally around the mid/upper 70s to the low 80s.
