To expand the capacity of Crisis Recovery Programs for the stabilization of youth and families throughout the state of Kansas in a non-hospital or non-PRTF setting, ages 5-17, that require an immediate or intermediate episode of care (24 hours to a maximum of 28 days) for the amelioration of psychological and substance use symptoms and impairment and/or until the family rupture involving the youth can be re-stabilized.
