WFO Sterling, VA Weather Story

THURSDAY, MAY 16TH: Temperatures return to near average for today with highs rising into the mid/upper 70s. After some patchy fog to start, expect more sunshine but with isolated showers and/or thunderstorms west of I-81. A slow moving system will pass by to the south this weekend leading to plenty of cloud cover, cooler temperatures, and increasing shower/thunderstorm chances.
