This is the Iowa State Firearm Auction. There are firearms, bows, scopes, and gun cases. This is an internet only auction with a 10% Buyers Premium and 7% Sales Tax for Iowa buyers only. (NOTE: Iowa buyers that are tax exempt MUST add their Tax ID Number to Proxibid before Bidding). All items purchased from non-Iowa buyers will be brought back to 7803 Military Ave. Omaha, Ne. 68134 for pickup and shipping. All firearm transfers will have a $15.00 transfer fee, which applies to all guns picked up in Omaha (NOTE: Shipping to FFL’s is EXEMPT). Please see auction terms for further details. Payment Instructions: Conditions & Terms of Online Sale: Credit cards on file with Proxibid will be charged within 24 Hours of the auction completion. A wire transfer will be required for purchases of $5000.00 or more. Numismatic buyers with purchases of $750.00 or more are asked to contact our office for payment options. Merchandise must be paid for in full prior to being removed or picked up from the auction site. If you are unable to pick up items in person please contact our third party shipping company, Home Run Delivery at 402-507-8950. When your items are available to be shipped you will be contacted for Shipping and Handling payments. When Shipping and Handling have been paid in full your items will be shipped. Declined Cards are subject to a $35.00 transaction fee, and the potential inability to bid on future auctions. Buyer's Premium and tax are listed elsewhere. In order to be considered tax exempt, Auction Solutions, Inc. must have a SIGNED Nebraska form 13 on file. If you are outside the Omaha Metropolitan area and plan to pick up your items, (or if someone is picking items up on your behalf,) they must comply with the stated pick up time and requirements. Items picked up outside the scheduled time are subject to additional fees. If your purchase requires freight transport [i.e. LTL or OTR Carrier] - YOU MUST CALL OUR OFFICE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS. Vehicle titles are held until payment clears. If the title is held by a bank, it may take up to 30 days to procure a clear title. Online auctions conducted outside our facility will (generally) have pickup scheduled 2 days after the auction closes from 3-6 PM. Online Auctions conducted at our facility 7803/7811 Military Ave. Omaha, Ne will (generally) have pickup scheduled 2 days after the auction closes from 10am - 3pm. Please refer to auction details for specific dates and times. Be sure to make arrangements to pick items up during this time frame. Bidders will be charged an administrative fee for scheduling an alternate pickup time.
