An Excessive Heat Watch for both the low and high deserts is in place from Wednesday 06/05 to Friday 06/07 for triple digit high temperatures and warm low temperatures.

A few degrees warmer than Monday for inland valleys west of the mountains, near 4 to 8 degrees warmer. Highs in the upper 60s and lower 70s for coastal areas, mid 70s to lower 80s for inland Orange County and the San Diego County valleys, 80s and lower 90s for the Inland Empire, 90s for the Apple and Lucerne Valleys, 100 to 106 for the lower deserts, and in the mid 70s to lower 80s for the mountains for elevations from 4500 to 7000 feet.
